We provide gift-based yoga services to our community through our yoga studios (Cultivate Yoga Avon and Cultivate Yoga Lakewood), at public events and by partnering with local organizations.

The Elements of our Gift-Based Organization

A gift is a meant to be shared, received and evolved

A gift exists in perpetual motion, eternally cycling through the phases below - mostly as an amorphous entity and only finding form temporarily for brief moments in time

Within the entire gift cycle there exists intention, responsibility and sacred reciprocity

SHARE

The intentional giving of a gift to another entity

RECEIVE

The intentional receiving of a gift from another entity

EVOLVE

The intentional transforming of a gift before it is shared back out with another entity
